Keep your data safe at all times with the 1TB Rocsecure EX32 USB 3.1 Gen 1 Encrypted Portable SSD from Rocstor, which uses AES 256-bit real-time hardware encryption, as well as FIPS 140 Level 2 and NIST SP800-171 certification. It also meets strict Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) compliance. The EX32's cryptographic processor performs full-disk encryption, protecting your entire data at rest. The full-disk encryption (FDE) solution is OS independent, with no extra software or driver components needed. The EX32 connects to your host system using a USB-C 3.1 Gen 1 port. Included in the package are three standard token keys that plug into a mini-USB port, a USB-C to USB-C cable, a USB-C to USB-A cable, and a carrying case.
Strong Encryption Technology
The Rocstor EX32 encryption technology is engineered to encrypt/decrypt the entire drive, including the boot sector, temporary files, and operating system with SATA III speeds at 6Gb/s. Rocstor's technology has enhanced security, performance, and speed with FIPS 140-2 level 2 cryptographic processor certification. The EX32 encryption engine is NIST certified and requires a secure token key for the authentication method.
5 Gb/s USB Connectivity with Speeds up to 450 Mb/s
The Rocsecure EX32 takes advantage of USB 3.1 Gen 1 throughput speeds. Connect the EX32 encrypted drive to a USB 3.1 Gen 1 (or higher) port of a host computer and then take advantage of encrypted data transfer speeds of up to 450 Mb/s, making this drive fast and secure.
One of the most secure hardware-based encryption chipsets is integrated into the internal circuitry of Rocsecure EX32 models. The chipset contains features such as Advanced Encryption Standard Algorithm AES-256 bit key strength, and real-time encryption so that there is virtually zero time in encrypting and decrypting the data. The encryption engine bears certifications from the National Institute of Standards and Technology SP800-171 (NIST) and FIPS Level 2 for a Cryptographic Module.
The Rocstor Rocsecure EX32 CryptoKey tokens are a safe and secure authentication method. A Rocstor Secure CryptoKey Token Key is required to be inserted for authentication before the host computer can mount the drive. Once the EX32 is connected and the authentication is validated, the token key must be removed before the EX32 volume is mounted or displayed.
Rugged, Shock Absorbent Aluminum Frame
The ruggedized, portable enclosure with an aluminum design helps to protect your hard drive and data. The safety-centric mechanical design of Rocsecure EX32 series 2.5" enclosures provides critical hardware protection features. The bus-power feature offers the user added convenience by eliminating the need to carry nonstandard and sometimes hefty adapters and cables that are normally required to power typical hard drives.
Secure Shock-Absorbent Mechanism
The full-length bridgeboard provides additional protection by supporting the entire length of the drive. A strong aluminum rim holds the drive chassis firmly in place, eliminating stress on the bridgeboard and preventing damage due to impact or violent movement.
Shock-Absorbent Protection
The shock-absorbent dampers strip between the bridgeboard and chassis offers additional resistance against accidental drops and bumps. The disposition of the hard drive and housing profile form an anti-shock chamber to cushion the blow of potential impacts.
Thermal Protection and Load-Bearing Case
The precision density of the rugged aluminum aircraft-grade border provides excellent heat dissipation and is strong enough to bear external weight.
MIL Standard Waterproof Case
Rocstor HXA Injection Molded Mil-Standard Waterproof Cases are molded using high-strength polypropylene copolymer resin, featuring a gasketed, water- and dust-tight, submersible design (MIL-C-4150J) that is resistant to corrosion and impact damage. It also features a molded-in hinge, patented trigger release latch system, snap-down rubber over-molded cushion grip handle, automatic ambient pressure equalization valve (MIL-STD-648C), and resistance to UV, solvents, corrosion, fungus, and impact damage (MIL-STD-810F).
