The RF-Video LX-1800 presents a comprehensive solution for transmitting audio and video signals in high resolution wirelessly over long distances. Built into the unit is a backlit digital display, providing a user with input settings at a glance. In the event that the unit is powered off accidentally, the last dialed channel will appear on the display once power is restored.
The ability to communicate wirelessly eliminates the need to run physical A/V cables, allowing cameras to be easily installed outdoors, in hallways, near ceilings and numerous other areas where the use of A/V cables is impractical, impossible or simply unsightly. Needless to say, mobile video applications stand to benefit the most from wireless A/V transmission capabilities.
