S1JA is a 48MHz Arm® Cortex®-M23 CPU microcontroller. It is used as an example due to its highly integrated, high-accuracy analogy capabilities and offers a complete analogue solution for signal conditioning and measurement. It t share a common set of Renesas peripherals to facilitate design scalability and efficient platform-based product development. The MCU in this series incorporates an energy-efficient Arm Cortex®-M23 32bit core that is particularly well-suited for cost-sensitive and low-power applications.
