Renesas RA6T1 group is the first MCU product in our RA family for motor control with 120MHz Arm® Cortex®-M4 CPU core. RA6T1 group will be a new member of the fast growing 32bit RA family. It is an ASSP product specialized for motor control include PWM timer, high-speed 12bit ADC, PGA, comparator and PWM cut-off function are embedded. The RA6T1 can control two BLDC motors simultaneously with one chip which means literally customers BOM can be cut in half. But also, in case RA6T1 is only used for single motor control the incorporating analogue parts such as comparator and amplifier functions, help to reduce the number of external analogue parts and bring BOM cost further down. The RA6T1 is suitable for motor control in consumer, industrial automation and building automation. For example, controlling the compressor and fan of the outdoor unit with RA6T1 can reduce BOM. It features SCI with FIFO � 7, SPI � 2, I2C � 2, CAN module � 1 and IrDA interface.
