R7F701275EABG-C#BC6 is a RH850/C1M-A2 single-chip microcontroller with G3MH CPU core ideal for HEV / EV motor control. The CPU of this product is the G3MH of the RH850 Family running at 320 or 240MHz for high-speed processing. It incorporates ROM, RAM, DMA, various timers including timers for motor control, various serial interfaces including a CAN interface, and a 12bit A/D converter (ADCC). It also incorporates the set of peripheral functions, which are an R/D converter (RDC3A) that converts the signal output by a resolver into digital values representing angles, and a motor control unit (EMU3) that is capable of operating in parallel with the CPU, is optimized for HEV and EV motor control. Application includes automotive (motor control for HEVs and EVs).
