Really Right Stuff PG-02 MK2 Side Mount Overview
The PG-02 MK2 Pano-Gimbal Head with Side Mount from Really Right Stuff is a highly versatile tripod head offered in multiple configurations to fit the needs of the user. A lever-release, Arca-type quick release clamp for mounting and dismounting your camera, extension plate, or nodal slide makes this head widely compatible with other pieces of gear.
The PG-02's design consists of two arms that control the rotation and swing of the camera's position. The base arm is connected directly to the integrated base rotator, which features a laser-engraved 360° scale for accurate positioning when capturing single or multi-row panoramas. The vertical arm, which mounts to the base arm via an Arca-type clamp, may be positioned with the assistance of a laser-engraved millimeter scale. The vertical arm also features an adjustable rotator with engraved 360° markings.
The side-mount configuration allows you to mount your camera for vertical shooting or use alternative attachments, such as a lens-ring mount or L-bracket, to perfectly fit your needs.
