Pyle Pro PMX648 Overview
The PMX648 8-Channel Audio Mixer with Recording Interface from Pyle Pro is a highly flexible analog audio mixer designed with demanding studio work and live sound reinforcement in mind. Featuring eight channels of input as well multiple output options, smooth fader controls, 380 DSP driven FX, and a convenient built-in digital audio interface for recording to or playing back from computers and USB flash, the PMX648 brings enough to the table to satisfy many potential applications.
The rugged metal mixer comes with a plethora of signal control on each input channel including gain trim, volume faders, 3-band EQ, pan, PFL and mute buttons, and dedicated controls for aux and FX routing. A sub bus with fader control and stereo 1/4" outs provides extra output and routing options, along with aux mix sends, FX return, room out, and stereo pairs of both XLR and 1/4" jacks for the main output. The USB connection can be used to record to a computer in studios or playback audio for live performances. 380 digital FX can be selected or programmed and up to four memory slots can be used to store favorite FX on the fly. For a versatile, all-in-one option that can tackle various scenarios in the studio or on the stage, the Pyle Pro PMX648 can be an effective solution.
