For receptionists and office attendants that deal with many incoming calls simultaneously, the VVX Expansion Module for VVX 300-600 Phones from Poly is designed to make life easier. This module is a cost-effective way to turn a VVX business media phone into an attendant console. It matches the look and feel of a VVX phone for seamless integration and offers 40 multifunctional line keys. Those keys are configurable to line registration, call appearance, speed dial, DSS, or BLF. Dual-color (red or green) illuminator LEDs give visual indication of line status. With this extended functionality, your business can reduce the number of lost customer calls, shorten transaction times, and increase the overall accuracy of call routing.
