Others have complaints about this item. While it may not be perfect it was the only option I could find which solved a problem for me. Until someone designs and sells a better version this one is 5 stars! Thank you Point Source Audio for making a niche item available.
Excellent Product
Product was great. As is sales and service. Did not fit my application but it was not what the clip was designed to do. I'm sure it would be fine for what its made for.
I would buy this product again.

A bit too small
The belt clip is a bit too small and the clip the hold the xlr is hard to clip on. It�s the right idea, just not executed properly.
Holds XLR connector pretty well but scratches it.
This belt-clip does a reasonable job. I had to use Scotch tape to keep it from sliding (after it was installed on the XLR connector). When pushing the clip over my belt or pocket it would tend to slide on the XLR connector. I'm not sure there is any design change that could be made to prevent this. So I am satisfied with that aspect of this clip. Now the aspect that I am not happy about is that when installing clip onto the XLR connector it scratched it heavily as it slid on. That was because the clip does such a good job of squeezing the connector, and that is a good thing. The bad thing is that the edges of this clip are sharp and therefore scratch. They are not sharp enough to cut your fingers, but the design of this clip should instruct the manufacturer to break the edges, which is a standard process when creating sheet metal parts.
