This is a Pocket Wizard MH1 16" (40.6 cm) straight Household (twin prong) to Miniphone Cable.
Although the Pocket Wizard system allows you to fire your strobe from your camera without a wire between the two, the receiver still needs a wire connection to your power pack or monolight.

A necessary accessory
This allows me to use a PocketWizard set up with an older Dynalite power generaton.

Cord arrived in great shape. Everything fits tight and allows our PWs to fire consistently on our old Norman packs.

One of the few 3.5mm (?) to household connectors. Works fine, other than this it's hard to find if you need something to go from a wireless set up to an old-style studio flash power pack.
