Photogenic StudioMax III 3-Light Portrait Studio Kit (120V)

The Photogenic AKC160 Studiomax III 160W/s Monolight is an ideal way to add a lightweight (2.6 lb) fixture to your kit for a main light, backlight or fill light. The AKC160 offers a six stop power range from 5.0 to 160W/s, steplessly adjustable via a simple knob. Constant Color technology ensures that the color balance remains within 200K of an ideal 5,400K regardless of the power level chosen, to insure shot to shot consistency and minimize post-production work.

The AKC160 comes with a UV color corrected, user-replaceable flash tube that renders fabrics and flesh tones accurately. The monolight comes with a 7.5" high-gain reflector but accepts the entire line of Photogenic Quick-Change reflectors, grids, snoots, and diffusers. An AC cord, sync cord, 100W quartz modeling lamp and a protective cap are also included.

The Photogenic StudioMax III AKC320 constant color monolight offers a full six f/stop power range over 320 watt/seconds. It has internal control to ensure the same Kelvin temperature output, no matter what level of output is chosen.

This monolight also comes in an AC/DC model, which allows use of the light away from sources of AC power, when a high voltage battery is added.

This Impact Heavy-Duty Air-Cushioned Light Stand is a black anodized aluminum support that rises to a height of 9.5' and folds down to 42" for storage and transport. The stand will handle up to 22 lb and is topped with a removable 5/8" spigot with 1/4"-20 and 3/8"-16 threads. It has a wide footprint of 52" for greater stability. This 43" White Translucent Umbrella from Impact is a versatile all-around light modifier that will create a pleasing light that's far less harsh than a bare light source. It can be used with flash, LED, or fluorescent light sources. As a shoot-through umbrella, it broadens and softens the light source output and minimizes shadows, making it ideal for portrait photography. The translucent fabric's diffusing properties allow light source to be placed close to a subject for a softer light that's also great for weddings and fashion. It has a standard size 8mm umbrella shaft that is compatible with most umbrella mounts.
