Pegasus Astro PEG-FLTMSTR150L-WIFI Overview
This FlatMaster 150 Flat Field Panel from Pegasus Astro helps you calibrate your astrophotography rig and troubleshoot the light path in advance of your actual imaging. Wide enough for apertures up to 6 inches, the Flat Field Panel generates illumination for calibrating your camera's sensor and for spotting dust particles on the sensor or optical elements. The light is bright enough to use for short 2-3 second exposures with 3nm narrowband imaging filters.
Wide Brightness Range
The FlatMaster 150 offers an extensive brightness range, ideal for short exposure times, such as 2 to 3 seconds at f/7, when used with 3nm narrowband imaging filters. At the same time, it can be dimmed to very low brightness settings, making it possible to capture flawless flat frames even with extremely fast telescopes.
Manual, USB, and Wi-F- Control
FlatMaster is Wi-Fi enabled, allowing you to control and monitor panel brightness remotely from your mobile phone. Notably, you can operate it simultaneously with USB or Wi-Fi, providing flexibility and ease of use for astronomers, all from the convenience of your smartphone.
Wide Compatibility
The FlatMaster device is fully compatible with ASCOM Alpaca, classic ASCOM, and INDI protocols.
