Designed for 25 and 40GbE networks that support the Cat 8 standard, the Cat 8 Double-Shielded Patch Cable from Pearstone is an ideal solution for network scalability that will accommodate ever-increasing bandwidth demands and Ethernet speeds. With transmission speeds of up to 40 Gb/s and a bandwidth rating of up to 2000 MHz, this cable is ideal for large network installations in offices, data centers, or entire buildings. Dual male gold-plated RJ45 connectors provide reliable conductivity, while four tightly twisted pairs of stranded copper conductors help eliminate interference and crosstalk. Support for PoE, PoE+, and PoE++ delivers up to 60W of power to compatible devices, meaning they won't need a separate power outlet or supply. Also featured is a snagless boot design, which helps prevent the connectors from getting caught on other cables when being pulled through a bundle.
