Panasonic WX-SM410 Overview
The Panasonic WX-SM410 is a lavalier microphone with a 2.5mm connector designed for use with Panasonic wireless transmitters. This is the same mic sold as a set with the WX-ST400 transmitter and is available for purchase as a replacement if the original is lost or damaged. In addition, having several lavaliers on hand also allows each presenter to use their own microphone for health and sanitary reasons.
The lavalier's cardioid pickup pattern focuses audio capture on the subject and rejects background sound, helping to reduce feedback issues when sound reinforcement equipment is used. The electret-condenser capsule is designed to provide a flat frequency response from 100 Hz to 15 kHz with optimal vocal clarity for intelligible speech. The rugged 3.3' Kevlar-reinforced cable is engineered to withstand heavy use. A lapel clip that lets you quickly attach the mic to talent and foam windscreen to reduce wind, breath, and plosive noise are both included.
