Surprisingly smooth

Furst purchase at Tanotis and wasn’t sure if the customs and import estimates would be correct and was somewhat apprehensive. Another important fact was that I needed a genuine Japanese made capacitor, quite low-cost in fact but not available here. I found it on Tanotis and a single payment at initial purchase was all that I had to make. Received an update when the item arrived in India and the domestic shipping too was very fast. (For context, I bought a relay switch (50 grams weight) last month from an Italian online shop for approx 36 euros and ended up paying close to 40 euros for shipping and another 4k INR for customs and import duty, including KYC formalities, including a few days where I ended up picking unknown calls just tto be sure I do not miss any parcel- related calls. All in all, a wonderful experience shopping at Tanotis. Highly recommended.
