AQY221R2SX is a PhotoMOS® RF SOP 1 Form A C×R10 MOSFET relay. Both low on-resistance (Low Ron type) and low capacitance (Low Cout type) available at excellent characteristics of C×R10. Suitable for measuring and testing equipment (IC tester, liquid crystal driver tester, semiconductor performance tester, bare board tester, in-circuit tester, function tester, etc), telecommunication and broadcasting equipment, medical equipment (ultrasonic wave diagnostic machine) and multi-point recorder (data logger, warping and thermocouple, etc) applications.
