The quick release design in both the top handle and baseplate makes shifting your camera from handheld for run-and-gun scenarios to stabilized on a tripod for interviews in the field efficient.
The lightweight aluminum cage design allows you to access all controls and ports for your camera while providing an extra layer of protection. A multitude of 1/4"-20 and 3/8"-16 threads enable mounting of accessories like a secondary monitor or LED light to improve visual quality, and a shotgun microphone or lavalier receiver to improve audio capabilities.
