Niceyrig 406 Overview
The Niceyrig Camera Cage for Panasonic S5 is designed with a varied set of mount types, including a built-in Arca-Swiss dovetail on the bottom for direct compatibility with Arca tripod heads and ball heads. It also features standard 1/4"-20 and 3/8"-16 tripod threads on the bottom for compatibility with all other tripods and various other supports. The cage leaves space to access the camera battery, controls, and hot shoe, and to mount a flash.
An ARRI Accessory Mount and an angled shoe mount are provided on top, and a NATO rail is built-in on the top and the side. Between these mounts and the 1/4"-20 and 3/8"-16 threads all around, the cage allows you to attach a wide variety of accessories to expand your camera. Supported top handles include the Niceyrig 348 ARRI locating handle and 273 NATO handle. Also, the Niceyrig 142 cable clamp can be attached to the array of mounting threads on the side of the cage.
Additional Features
The cage features a wrist strap slot that lines up with the camera's strap ring, allowing you to more securely run a wrist strap through both at the same time.
A mini flat head screwdriver is included and fits in a dedicated recessed slot on the bottom for securing your camera with the provided 1/4"-20 camera screw.
A padded camera platform with edge stoppers ensures scratch- and twist-free attachment of your S5.
