Handy
This was a great addition to my R12, along with the 2-tier multimedia shelf, in making a working audio cart. It attaches easily and requires no assembly. The hanger has a decent loadbearing and is easy to reconfigure between vertical and horizontal alignment. My ENG snakes, extra cables and headphones, my camp stool (audio ground adapter), my hat, and my gaffer's caddy (tape rolls and pony clamps) all stay within arm's reach instead of tucked in a box or bin. It does take a little elbow grease to get it tightened so as not to rotate under pressure of cables, though my gaffer's caddy may be something that pushes the intended load bearing anyway.
Great Idea, But...
This item, like many of the other items that came from MultiCart, has quality control issues. Mainly, the tightening mechanism that attaches to the cart handle doesn't match up with itself, so instead of it being an easy on/off operation, I have to unscrew the whole thing to deal with it. This is an issue I've had with the entire R12 cart... it's almost like I got a garage prototype rather than a factory made item.

Does the job...kind of.
If it looks like something that would serve you well, then it will. Well built, nice and sturdy. The only reason for my 4 stars is that it doesn't work as well as I had hoped for my application--hanging bags of uplights. I will probably only use the two far hooks and remove the two in the middle...they're just too close to be useful. If that works well I may order another one for the other side of the handle.
