Designed for reliable performance and flexible connectivity, the MSI PRO Z790-A WIFI II LGA 1700 ATX Motherboard helps to enhance your build to maximize productivity. Supporting Intel desktop processors with the LGA 1700 socket, professionals and content creators can outfit this motherboard to smoothly handle demanding applications and video editing workloads.

Designed to help simplify builds, MSI makes it easy to install up to four PCIe 4.0 SSDs to store your games library, applications, and important files. There are also six SATA III connectors available. The four DDR5 DIMM slots support up to 256GB, reaching up to 7800 MT/s overclocked speeds. With one PCIe 5.0 x16 slot, one PCIe 4.0 x16 (x4) slot, one PCIe 3.0 x16 (x1), and one PCIe 3.0 x1 slot, you can install powerful graphics cards and other compatible expansions.

The rear panel features a USB-C port that can transfer up to 20 Gb/s with compatible devices. There are also three USB-A 3.2 Gen 2 ports for 10 Gb/s compatible devices alongside two 5 Gb/s USB-A 3.2 Gen 1 ports. Additional peripherals may be connected to the two USB-A 2.0 ports. An internal header allows you to connect a front panel 10 Gb/s USB-C port. Built-in Wi-Fi 6E (802.11ax) support and a 2.5 Gb/s Ethernet port provide you with connections to compatible network devices for smooth 8K video streaming and low-latency online games. Windows 11 64-bit is required to take advantage of all the motherboard's features.
