Enjoy remote controlled TV height adjustment with the Mount-It! MI-302 Motorized Fireplace TV Mount with In-Wall Recessed Base. The MI-302 allows you to mount your 42 to 80" TV over your fireplace or higher up on the wall, and bring it down to eye level electronically when you're ready to watch.
The in-wall design creates a bespoke look with just 1.65" between wall and screen, when in the fully raised and retracted position. The MI-302 features 24.8" of motorized height adjustment, along with manual tilt, swivel, and leveling options to help you find the perfect viewing angle. With a weight capacity of 110 lb and VESA support from 100 x 100 to 600 x 500mm, this mount is compatible with a wide variety of large format TVs and monitors.
Note: The deeper the mantle the higher the mount needs to be installed. Ensure you consider TV size, mantle depth, and ceiling height prior to purchase. Additionally, only TVs with screen size 60" and larger will fully cover the recessed box in the upper position. With TVs smaller than 60" a part of the box can be visible.
