Mojave Audio MA-50 Overview
The MA-50 Large-Diaphragm Transformerless Condenser Microphone from Mojave Audio is a cardioid mic designed by technical Grammy Award-winning designer David Royer. It features a 3-micron capsule and a fixed-cardioid polar pattern and can be used in various applications such as for vocals, voice-overs, broadcast TV, piano, percussion recordings, and more.
The MA-50 is a suitable microphone for pros and semi-pros alike. Utilizing the same capsule as the MA-200 and MA-201fet (sold separately), it handles the fastest transients with ease up to 140 dB. The frequency response for the mic is 20 Hz to 20 kHz. The MA-50 includes a carrying case and a shockmount.
