MicW N201 Overview
Audio engineers and sound recordists looking for a professional-quality small diaphragm condenser microphone will be impressed with the single micW N201, an omnidirectional microphone that's suitable for critical recording applications requiring extreme performance and environmental stability. The microphone is well suited for recording drums, guitar, bass, percussion, and speech/vocals as well as room ambiance.
The 1/2" capsule provides a flat frequency response from 20 Hz to 20 kHz with a low noise floor of 18 dBA. There are several acoustic accessories available separately that modify the acoustic behaviors of the mic in terms of directional patterns and low- or high-frequency responses. The microphone includes a shockmount mic holder, windscreen, calibration file, and a hard carry case.
