PIC16F18125-I/P is a PIC16F18125 series 8-bit advanced analogue microcontroller. Its advanced analogue peripherals are specifically well suited for raw sensor applications requiring signal gain or filtering. It is the first product family to offer an op-amp and the 12-bit differential ADC with computation in low pin count packages. The combination of advanced analogue peripherals makes this family ideal for enhanced sensing applications.
- Enhanced mid-range core with 49 instructions, 16 stack levels, eXtreme low power (XLP)
- Flash program memory with self read/write capability, IDLE and DOZE low power modes
- Peripheral module disable (PMD), peripheral pin select (PPS), enhanced power-on/off-reset
- 12-bit differential analogue-to-digital converter with computation (ADCC), 1x 8-bit timer (TMR2)
- 2x capture/compare/PWM (CCP), 2x 16-bit PWM with dual outputs, 2x MSSP (I2C or SPI)
- 1x 8-bit internal digital-to-analogue converters, programmable brown-out reset with fast recovery
- 1x 8-bit external/buffered digital-to-analogue converter (DAC), x2 analogue comparators (AC)
- x4 configurable logic cells (CLC), flash CRC, 2x EUSART(with LIN support), 1x 8/16-bit timer (TMR0)
- 14-pin PDIP package
- Temperature range from -40°C to 85°C, 1x 16-bit timer (TMR1)
