Description
The MIC5504-3.3YM5 TR is a fixed output, single low dropout (LDO) voltage regulator in 5 pin SOT-23 package. This advanced general purpose LDO provides high performance and suitable for battery powered applications. The MIC5504 includes an auto discharge feature on output that is activated when enable pin is low. It has an internal pull down resistor on enable pin that disables output when the enable pin is left floating. This is ideal for applications where control signal is floating during processor boot up. The MIC5504 can also be put into zero off mode current state drawing virtually no current when disabled.
