MIC5365-2.85YC5-TR is a high performance single 150mA LDO regulator. It includes auto discharge feature that is activated when the enable pin is low. It is capable of sourcing 150mA output current and offers high PSRR making it an ideal for any portable electronic application. It is widely used in application such as mobile phones, digital cameras, GPS, PDAs, PMP, handhelds, portable electronics etc.
