MICROCHIP MCP8022-3315H/NHXVAO Motor Driver, DC Brushless, 3 Outputs, 4 V to 40 V, WFVQFN-EP-40, -40 °C to 150 °C

MCP8022-3315H/NHXVAO is a 3-phase brushless DC (BLDC) motor gate driver with power module, sleep mode, op amps. The 3-phase brushless DC (BLDC) power module contains three integrated half-bridge drivers, capable of driving three external NMOS/NMOS transistor pairs. The three half-bridge driver is capable of delivering a peak output current of 0.5A at 12V for driving high-side and low-side NMOS MOSFET transistors. The driver has shoot through, overcurrent and short-circuit protection. A sleep mode has been added to achieve a typical �key off� quiescent current of 5µA. It integrates a 3.3V or 5.0V LDO regulator for host and peripheral power, an overtemperature sensor and user-configurable functions. Application includes automotive applications like fuel, water, oil pumps, ventilation motors, window lift, trunk openers, sun roof, home appliances, permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) control, hobby aircraft, boats, vehicles.
