The MCP1665 is an expansion of high-voltage non-synchronous MCP166x boost regulator family providing efficient boost power conversion in low input voltage applications. It features the highest power density in the MCP166x family, integrating an NMOS switch with a 3.6A peak input current limit in a space-saving 2mm x 2mm VQFN package. Key features include a MODE pin to prioritize battery life or noise performance in light load conditions. Can provide up to 32V output from batteries with the flexibility to support alternative topologies like SEPIC, Cuk and Flyback.
