HV2607 is a no high-voltage bias, low harmonic distortion, 16-channel, high-voltage analogue switch. Intended for use in applications requiring high-voltage switching controlled by low-voltage control signals, such as medical ultrasound imaging, driving piezoelectric transducers and printers. Typical applications include medical ultrasound imaging, Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) metal flaw detection and optical MEMS module.
- Analog signal voltage up to ±100V
- Only +5V bias supply required
- 3.3V and 5V CMOS input logic level and 66MHz data shift clock frequency
- Ultra low quiescent current < 10µA
- Low parasitic capacitance and low harmonic distortion
- DC to 100MHz analogue small signal frequency and 200KHz to 50MHz large signal frequency
- Excellent noise immunity and -76dB typical off isolation at 5MHz
- Cascadable serial data register with latches
- 48-lead LQFP package
- Operating temperature range from 0°C to 70°C
