The adjustable top strap is joined by two rigid side straps that end in a soft and flexible silicone support that cradles the entire back of your head. Twist the dial on the back to secure it in place. If you own a Meta 3 Charging Dock or Carrying Case, you'll be happy to know that this strap is compatible with both without needing to be removed.
