Description
The MAX309ESE+ is a precision, dual 4-channel differential, high performance CMOS analogue multiplexer in 16 pin NSOIC package. The precision monolithic CMOS analogue multiplexer (mux) offers low on-resistance which is matched within 5ohm between channels and remains flat over the specified analogue signal range (7ohm max). It also offers low leakage over temperature and fast switching speeds. Design improvements yield extremely low charge injection and has electrostatic discharge protection greater than 2000V. The mux operates with a single +5V to +30V supply or bipolar ±5V to ±20V supplies while retaining TTL/CMOS logic input compatibility and fast switching. CMOS inputs provide reduced input loading method. Typical applications include sample and hold circuits, heads-up displays, guidance and control systems, military radios, battery-operated systems, PBX, PABX and audio signal routing.
