Description
The MAX4643EUA+ is a high speed, low voltage, 4ohm, dual SPST CMOS analogue switch in 8 pin µMAX package. This monolithic, dual, SPST switch operates from a single supply ranging from +1.8V to +5.5V. It provides low 4ohm on-resistance (RON), 0.6ohm RON matching between channels and 1ohm RON flatness over entire analogue signal range. This device offers fast switching times of less than 20ns while consuming less than 0.01µW of quiescent power. It has one NO switch and one NC switch and low 0.35nA leakage currents over entire temperature range. It is used in battery operated equipment, audio and video signal routing, low voltage data acquisition systems, sample and hold circuits and communications circuits.

- Operating temperature range from -40°C to 85°C
- Maximum RON matching between channels is 0.6ohm TA = +25°C (single +3V supply)
- Maximum on-resistance flatness is 3ohm at TA = +25°C (single +3V supply)

- Low crosstalk of -97dB at 1MHz
