I use this with Aputure B7C LED bulbs, which have built in batteries. This modest little mount is perfect for integrating bulbs like this with standard film equipment-- it's easy to add any baby pin (to use it with a grip head, for example), cold-shoe mount, magic arm, or magnet that has a 1/4-20 screw.
