Manfrotto MVAQR-PLATE Overview
The MOVE Quick Release Plate from Manfrotto is a compact circular quick release plate for the MOVE Quick Release Catcher System. This machined aluminum plate features a 1/4"-20 threaded mounting screw and a storage space for a 3/8"-16 bushing adapter, so one will always be on hand if needed. It also incorporates an anti-rotation set screw to help secure any mounted head or device from coming unscrewed from the plate.

Great solution for multiple tripod/monopod heads
I frequently move ball heads, or fluid video heads from one tripod to another, or back and forth from monopod to a tripod. These Release plates, along with the Manfrotto Move base, makes switching quick and secure.

Solid metal build and great time saver (especially when switching between photo and video setups).
Incredibly handy!
This system is fast, stable, and solid. I ordered a couple of these to supplement the base (which already came with one plate). It has a 1/4 x 20 screw and comes with a 3/8 adapter. On one of my plates the adapter screw head was broken, but I had spares in my kit. 1/4is handy if you want to attach equipment such as an action-cam mount to this plate. Adapting to 1/4 from 3/8 would likely be less stable than going 1/4 to 3/8 with the included insert.
