Lowell Manufacturing USV-1 Overview
Mount this 10" deep Vented Utility Shelf from Lowell Manufacturing on your EIA compliant 19" wide rack, to support non-rack-mountable gear such as Consumer electronic devices, power supplies, and chassis-style components. The shelf supports up to 50 lb (make sure your rack is properly secured or weighted so that it doesn't tip over), and it is vented to provide airflow to your gear to prevent overheating.
The 16-gauge steel shelf has a working space of 17.56" wide and 10" deep and is 1 rack unit tall. It features a smooth black powder coat finish and has slots in the back for cable runs as well as notches for mounting an optional power strip. The shelf has a flanged front providing increased strength and presenting a smooth front while creating a lip to help prevent gear from sliding off.
