Powered by an Intel Core 5 210H processor, the ThinkBook 16 delivers both high performance and power efficiency. The inclusion of an RJ45 port for Gigabit Ethernet and Wi-Fi 6 (802.11ax) capability means that you can stay connected to your online networks reliably and with ease. External peripherals and accessories can be connected with Thunderbolt 4, USB-C, USB-A, and Bluetooth 5.2 wireless technology. There is also an SD card reader for additional storage. Built-into this laptop is an FHD 1080p webcam with a privacy shutter, as well as high-definition stereo speakers with Dolby audio and dual-array microphones, all of which allow for easy online communication through Zoom, Meet, or any other similar applications. Storage is no problem as Lenovo has included a 512GB M.2 NVMe PCIe SSD. Enhanced Security
The ThinkBook offers a variety of security features designed to keep your private information safe. A built-in fingerprint reader found on the power button uses biometrics to safeguard your system, making it more secure when you log in. Firmware-based TPM 2.0 technology prevents startup when unauthorized hardware changes have been made. The webcam features a physical privacy shutter to prevent unauthorized access. The Kensington Nano security slot helps keep your ThinkBook 16 safe and secure when you're away from your desk.
Windows 11
Microsoft simplified the design and user experience with Windows 11. It has a modern, clean design with a new Start Menu position. Snap Layouts, Groups, and Desktops allow you to multitask with ease. Microsoft has also integrated some of their apps, such as Microsoft Teams. The redesigned Microsoft Store makes it easier to look for supported apps. The Pro version of Windows 11 includes all the features that Windows 11 Home offers plus many designed specifically for business users, including Hyper-V virtualization, BitLocker disk encryption, and remote desktop access.
