The Atlantis FC-387 Multi-Voicing FET Studio Vocal Microphone from Lauten Audio features a solid-state low-noise FET circuit, custom wound output transformers, and a 31.25mm dual-diaphragm capsule. It requires +48V of phantom power to operate, has a frequency response of 20Hz to 20KHz, can handle a maximum SPL of 130dB, and offers cardioid, omni, and figure-of-eight polar pickup patterns.
A timbre switch adjusts the frequency response of the microphone between forward, normal, and gentle modes to achieve different tonalities and serve a range of recording applications. A three state gain switch offers +10dB of boost, flat, or -10dB pad for adjusting the relation between microphone and preamplifier as well as accommodating quiet or loud sources. The microphone comes with a shockmount and a wooden storage box.
