LFD2NX-VERSA-B-EVN is a Certus-NX Versa evaluation board that features the Certus-NX FPGA in a 256-ball caBGA package. Built on the Lattice Nexus� FPGA platform, it utilizes low-power 28 nm FD-SOI technology. The board enhances the usability of the Certus-NX FPGA with support for DDR3 memory, soft D-PHY, 1 Gbps Ethernet, and a PCIe Gen2 x1 channel. User-friendly resources such as jumpers, LED indicators, push buttons, and switches are available for custom applications. Its connectivity platform supports 5 Gbps PCIe and 1.25 Gbps SGMII, enabling designers to evaluate the FPGA�s capabilities, including PCI Express, SGMII, DDR3 memory interface (1066 Mbps with 16-bit data width), and camera sensor interface using soft D-PHY IP. The board features a low-power general-purpose Certus-NX FPGA with 40K logic cells in a 256-ball BGA package. Functionality can be further expanded via three Digilent Peripheral Module (Pmod�) headers.

• 1x Gen2 PCIe interface with gold finger connector and USB-B for device programming and I2C utility
• Four input DIP switches, 5x push buttons, 8x status LEDs and 1x 7-segment LED for customer purposes
