A great choice to support lights in theater scenarios, the chromed steel-constructed Follow Spot Stand from Kupo weighs just 16.3 lb but can handle rigs weighing up to 88 lb at its maximum height of 4.8'. The Stand has a wide footprint of 43.3" for maximum stability, and folds down to 43" for storage and transport. A memory collar is included so you can quickly return to a previous height adjustment.
One of the special features of the stand is its leveling leg, sometimes called a "lazy leg". However you refer to it, a single leg extends independently of the others to balance and stabilize the load on uneven surfaces.
