If you are trying to connect an Atomos to a camera the main problem I've found is that the micro HDMI end, that goes into the camera, is a bit weak and very easily bent. This cable doesn't exactly solve that problem but because the micro end is at a 90 degree angle it makes it a little harder to accidentally hit it and bend it to the point it no longer connects to the camera. The best solution would be a camera cage but I'm trying to avoid the extra bulk involved with that.
