Very solid!
This body cap is totally unnecessary, but I'm glad I was able to get one. It's beautifully milled, totally solid and heavy (for its size). It protects your camera's sensor just like the plastic one does, but it also engages the lens mount lock just like a lens would, so you need to push the lens release button to remove it. A+
