The K-Tek KP12FT Mighty Boom is a cabled boompole that extends to 12' and collapses down to 37". Lightweight at 1.8 lb, it features six sections made of wide graphite tubes designed to increase the stiffness and optimize handling balance. The result is quicker cueing and better user control of the microphone.
The KP12FT features a KFT Flow-Through base bottom module with a rubber bumper. It is equipped with a straight 14' cable terminated with a right-angle 3-pin XLR female connector at one end and a 3-pin XLR male connector at the other. Mighty Boom boompoles are made in the USA.
The finish between the tubes allows for the sections to sleekly glide open and closed. Additionally, the Mighty Boom poles are hand-burnished to diffuse handling noise.
