The Jabra Biz 2400 II Duo Headset with Jabra Link 265 and Pouch Bundle contains the headset and a storage pouch. The 2400 II Duo has a microphone boom that can be rotated 360° as well as a controller that's built into the headset cable. The 2400 II is future-proof and compatible with all softphone web-clients and contact center platforms including Cisco, Avaya, Genesys Cloud, and Microsoft Teams. A specially designed "air shock" noise-cancelling mic filters out sharp breathing sounds and popping noises often heard in conversations.
