Based on the Intel 7 process, this OEM processor features 24 cores with support for 48 threads. It also has a 2.5 GHz base speed, a 4.8 GHz Turbo Boost 3.0 frequency, and 67.5MB of cache.
The Xeon w7-3455 supports up to 4TB of 8-channel, 4800 MHz DDR5 ECC memory. You can also install high-end expansions with support for up to 112 PCIe 5.0 lanes. The Xeon w7-3455 has a base power of 270W and a maximum turbo power of 324W. Please note that a thermal solution is not included.
