Insta360 DINEESS/B Overview
Extend your camera's reach with this redesigned telescoping Extended Selfie Stick for your X3, ONE RS, ONE X2, ONE R, ONE X, ONE, and all cameras from Insta360. This bend-resistant carbon fiber pole weighs only 12.8 oz and extends from a retracted length of 14" to 118" long for selfies, action shots, and extreme angles. The stick is also "invisible" and can be removed from your shot in selfie mode.
The telescoping sections are locked and loosened by a clockwise/counterclockwise rotation system. The top of the pole provides a 1/4"-20 screw to mount your camera or accessory, and a 1/4"-20 thread is provided at the bottom to mount the pole onto a tripod, handle, strap, or other mounting equipment. The rubberized grip helps to give you a solid hold on the stick without slipping.

One stick to rule them all
The 10' selfie stick is my standard now for use as a monopole with the Insta360 tripod base. I have been leaving my 1meter home since getting it. Others are not continuous friction adjustment, very pleasant grip. I would not be able to handle a longer stick.
OMG, this thing was awesome Scuba Diving
Awesome to get those drone like shots and way above the crowd. Also used to get really close to things in trees and architecture, but the best was using it Scuba Diving. Turtles, Sharks, eels, etc. were not scared of it and more curios than anything else. I got some amazing up close encounters and shots using it fully extended. Just cleaned it really well in fresh water.
Easy to use and robust enough for the length
I have One RS One inch and X3. I use this with both except not fully extended for RS One inch. It is easy to us either way and also to add a small tripod to the base. I'm happy with it and recommend it also.
3 Meter 360 Stick
Great to use for drone like shots. Actually using this with an adapter (purchased separately) for my GoPro Max 360. Works well. Just make sure you buy a straight and not a typical offset adapter otherwise the stick will show up partially in the stitch. Love that there's no locking mechanisms or no need to twist lock the segments.

Wobble stick
There is a lot of gap in the connecting parts of the rods and the gap makes a lot of wobble since the rods do not have any locking mechanism. A better alternative might be to buy and use a quality microphone pole.
