Description
Inovativ 500-626 Overview
This version of the Inovativ Mast Riser System is compatible with all Apollo and Voyager carts. It allows you to attach a gimbal dock that uses a 5/8" Baby pin onto the cart, enabling you to mount your gimbal stabilizer on the cart. The Mast Riser System is designed for smaller stabilizers. For larger sled-style stabilizers such as Steadicams, Inovativ recommends the Steadicam System.
The Mast Riser System features a 2-stage riser with a 5/8" Baby pin adapter that secures to the cart to support your gimbal dock. When used with a Voyager cart, it attaches to the swivel wheel/narrow side of the cart, so your gimbal is mounted on the side of the cart with the push handles. When used with an Apollo cart, it can be attached on either the swivel wheel or fixed wheel side.

Rocksolid Monitor Stand - just overpriced
This is one of those items that you're glad to have bought, but think to your self why the heck is this so expensive. I guess they figure if they sold a $3000+ cart, why not a $500 pole. For what it does (hold a monitor) it does it well, but honestly... why so much.
Rock solid
I use this mast for a monitor. It is incredibly well made, a solid product. High recommended.
Solid build, but lacking
There's no question, it's a solid piece with a very sturdy connection to the cart. I wish it had more length to stem up. There's a single riser so it only extends 2.5 feet. The photos make it look like there's a possibility it would accept a Junior pin, but no, only a baby pin. For the price, I expected a little more.
Did not include mounting clamps as seen in photo
Probably a mistake, but I did not receive the two mounting brackets seen in the photo. I'm unable to mount this to my cart. Will change rating once sends me the brackets so I can actually use this.
