REFSSRACDC2ATOBO1 is a solid-state relay reference design board. It allows the evaluation AC and DC-type solid-state relays supporting 250V AC or 350V DC operation and 2A nominal current in a compact form factor. The board is compact and features integrated overcurrent and overtemperature protection mechanisms thanks to the innovative isolated EiceDRIVER� iSSI gate driver with coreless transformer (CT) technology and a CoolMOS� S7T SJ MOSFET with integrated temperature sensor. Suitable for industrial automation and solid-state relay applications.
