EVAL-M1-05F310R is an iMOTION� MADK evaluation board for CIPOS� nano intelligent power modules. This MADK inverter board powered by IRSM005-301MH CIPOS� Nano low-voltage IPM (100V breakdown voltage) to drive 3-phase motor, equipped with MADK� M1 20-pin interface connector to be used with the matching iMOTION� MADK Control boards. Recommended for use in the systems based on 30-70V DC voltage.
