Product Overview
EVAL2ED2742S01GM1TOBO1 is an evaluation board for 160V half-bridge SOI gate driver IC with 100V OptiMOS� power MOSFET and iMOTION� MADK. The evaluation board EVAL-2ED2742S01 GM1 is powered by a DC source in the range of 24V to 72V and provides a three-phase output to power up to 500W (without heat sink) to 1000W (with heat sink) BLDC motors operating at a nominal 48V DC bus voltage. It contains the new 160 V, half bridge gate driver IC 2ED2742S01G, the OptiMOS� IPTC015N10NM5, bus capacitors, a single shunt for current sensing, and other peripheral circuits. The board can also be powered up from a 24V to 72V Li-ion battery pack. Before connecting the battery pack, ensure reverse polarity protection and inrush protection is provided to EVAL-2ED2742S01 GM1 board.
