EVAL1EDL801184V50ATOBO1 is a 1EDL8011 - integrated high side disconnect switch gate driver evaluation board for battery powered applications. This board utilizes OptiMOS� 5 IPT039N15N5 150V 3.9mohm power MOSFETs in TO-Leadless packages (TOLL, 10mm x 12mm). Four MOSFETs are placed in parallel to get 50A of load current. This board can be used to evaluate the 1EDL8011 drive capabilities with different functions of the current limit and various timings, soft startup, and undervoltage lockout.
